Project Coordinator

Job Overview: The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Verizon Project Team by coordinating, organizing and managing project workflows, schedules, deliverables, and administering activities throughout each project lifecycle. Working closely with the inRange PM and with Verizon Wireless as the client, this role ensures timely execution of milestones in compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves client interactions, document management, database maintenance, task tracking, and data validation.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (or as required)
Supervisory Responsibility: N/A
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Administration and Coordination:
- Coordinate project activities, focusing on candidate selection, file audits, leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction coordination
- Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.
- Oversee vendor coordination, equipment delivery, document control, milestone tracking, and landlord interactions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with the team.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and organize project documentation within internal and external client document repositories, including but not limited to leases, permits, engineer drawings, and compliance records.
- Prepare and distribute regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Support financial health of projects through budget management and reporting
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Review zoning and permitting requirements for new site builds
- Monitor compliance with zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform quality checks on deliverables before submission to the client.
Data Management:
- Input and track project data using a cloud-based platform; use Sitetracker and Fuze for multi-scope project management
Performance Tracking:
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Assist in developing templates and workflows to streamline project coordination tasks.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison among technical teams and management to ensure clear communication and project flow
Other Duties:
- Lead project meetings, manage deadlines, and address project delays
- Attend internal, external, off-site status meetings, as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience in telecommunications projects, construction, public utilities, or related fields is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in site acquisition, engineering, or telecommunications.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Salesforce and Fuze is a plus
